Villa Elle is in Lacona, just a few minutes from its beautiful sandy beach and in an ideal location
to discover the whole island.
Villa Elle is the perfect place to spend your holidays with friends or loved ones.
It is close to the sea but far from the summer chaos.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, the villa provides relaxation and privacy to its guests.
The villa
Villa Elle was refurbished in 2022: we have paid attention to details in the materials and furnishings to make
our guests feel better than at home.
It consists of 5 air-conditioned rooms: 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 triple. 4 bathrooms with shower.
There is a large living room overlooking our fabulous newly built swimming pool. A kitchen equipped with
everything you need.
Two verandas with pergolas: one with a dining table and barbecue, and one where you can read,
rest or spend time playing the board games we provide.
The house is surrounded by a large wooded park that provides ample shaded areas and tranquility.
The garden is entirely fenced and pets are welcome.

A few steps from home, you will find bars perfect for a beachside aperitif, a well-stocked market,
tobacco shop, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, but above all wild beaches such as
Laconella, Margidore, Acquarilli, and Norsi.
Lacona beach is equipped with all comforts and is perfect for children.
